We accept most health insurance plans. We will call your insurance company to inquire about coverage and benefits prior to your first appointment.

Are your therapists certified?

Yes, all speech therapists and occupational therapists are licensed by the state of Texas and certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association or the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Do I need to come early to complete paperwork?

No, you do not need to come early to an appointment to complete paperwork. You may download and copy new patient forms from our forms link on the website to bring with you or you may complete paperwork during your initial scheduled visit.

How often will my child or myself need therapy?

Following the initial evaluation, recommendations will be made regarding frequency and length of therapy sessions.

How long will it take to complete therapy?

Duration of therapy depends on the diagnosis and patient dedication to following carryover instructions. An estimated length of therapy can be made following the initial evaluation.

Do you provide individual or group therapy sessions?

The majority of our sessions are individual, focusing on the specific needs of the individual patient. However, sometimes group therapy is recommended for some communication difficulties.

What are your hours?

We offer therapy sessions Monday through Thursday from 8:00 – 6:00 and Friday from 8:00 – 5:00. However schedules do vary based upon therapists’ availability.

Do I accompany my child into the evaluation and therapy sessions?

You may accompany your child into the sessions but often children will focus on therapy best when they are not accompanied by a parent. There are certain circumstances when it is recommended for the parent to attend the sessions with their parent and when appropriate, this recommendation will be discussed.

Do you offer other programs (i.e. camps, preschool programs)?

Yes, we offer social skills groups for all ages, various support groups for patients and families, Parents Night Out, Hanen Parent Training, Language/Literacy and Sensory-Motor clubs.
