Susan received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Baylor University and her Master of Education in Speech Pathology from Texas State. Susan holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the State of Texas to practice speech pathology. Susan is a member of the Texas Speech- Language-Hearing Association and a member of the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association. Susan is a licensed provider of the Hanen parent training programs, It Takes Two to Talk, More Than Words, and Target Word. She is also a licensed provider of the Fast ForWord Programs and is PROMPT-Bridging trained. Previous to Capital Therapy group, Susan’s experience as a speech-language pathologist includes founding and co-owning a successful private clinic for 25 years, working in the public school system, acute care hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities working with children and adults. Outside of CTG, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Kelsey Lindsay Alexander
M.S. SLP-CF
Kelsey received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Texas State University and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Texas State University. Kelsey is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship at Capital Therapy Group. Her professional interests include early childhood intervention, receptive and expressive language, and speech sound disorders. Kelsey was born in the United States but lived most of her life in Costa Rica. Living in Costa Rica influenced her to help children who speak Spanish with all forms of communication needs. She enjoys photography, creating, and hanging out with friends and family
Kate Chaney
M.S. SLP-CF
Kate received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Baylor University, and continued at Baylor University to complete her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology. Kate has clinical experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, intermediate school, and preschools. Her professional interests include: early childhood intervention, speech sound disorders, cognitive-communication disorders following stroke/traumatic brain injuries, receptive and expressive language disorders, and pragmatic language disorders. Kate is from Austin, Texas. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and playing with her dog!
Rebecca Fischer
M.S. CCC-SLP
Rebecca graduated from Baylor University with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is a licensed speech pathologist in the state of Texas. Rebecca is a licensed provider of the Hanen parent program It Takes Two to Talk. Rebecca is trained in the following: PROMPT Bridging, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, the SOS Approach to Feeding (Basic and Advanced), and VitalStim (NMES). Rebecca’s clinical experiences include working in the hospitals with inpatient acute care and rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, specialty clinics (Developmental Assessment Program, Gastroenterology), NICU, PICU, CCU, and completing Modified Barium Swallow Studies at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. Other experiences include working in the public schools and at an otolaryngology practice specializing in voice and swallowing disorders. Rebecca currently teaches Dysphagia at Baylor University in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Graduate Program. Rebecca’s professional interests include infant feeding, pediatric and adult swallowing disorders, childhood apraxia of speech and voice disorders. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, cooking, running, watching Baylor sports, and playing with her yellow lab, Maggie.
Viki Johnson

Viki received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Baylor University and her Masters in Education from Texas State University. She is licensed by the state of Texas to practice Speech Pathology and holds a certificate as an Assistive Technology Practitioner from the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America. Her professional interests include preschool and school age language disorders, autism, articulation and augmentative and alternative communication. She lives in Georgetown with her husband and has two daughters. Outside of work, Viki enjoys hiking, camping, antique shopping, and spending time with her family.

Kaitlyn Kanatzar

Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Oklahoma. She received her Master of Science from The University of St. Augustine, Austin. Kaitlyn holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas. Her professional interests include speech sound disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, autism, AAC. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, watching Oklahoma sports, shopping, and hiking.
Lindsey Knight
M.A. CCC-SLP
Lindsey received her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Texas in Austin. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the State of Texas to practice speech pathology. Lindsey is trained in PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) and enjoys working with a variety of ages and speech-language disorders. Lindsey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Acting from St. Edward’s University in Austin and has previously worked as a professional singer-actress. She has performed in musicals and revue shows across the country. Lindsey enjoys bringing her creative background into therapy to enhance both the learning and the fun! Lindsey lives in Round Rock with her husband Jeff and daughter Eva. She enjoys singing, dancing, eating good food, and spending time with her family.
Brooke Radabaugh
M.S. CCC-SLP
Brooke is a state licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She has her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with an emphasis in Speech Language Pathology from Baylor University. She is a licensed provider of the Hanen parent program “It Takes Two to Talk”, is a PROMPT-trained therapist, and trained in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol. Her clinical experiences include working in hospitals with inpatient acute care and rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, interventional radiology for dysphagia, as well as working in the public schools, specialty schools for children with Autism, and with children and adults in a private practice setting. Brooke’s professional interests include Autism, programming and use of alternative augmentative communication devices, language-literacy, feeding disorders (sensory and motor based) and dysphagia. Brooke has worked with all ages ranging from newborns to 95 years old. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, entertaining, traveling, camping, watching Baylor sports, and playing with her yellow lab, Skye.
Ana Cristina Santillan
M.S. CCC-SLP
Ana Cristina was born and raised in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, where she began volunteering at a non-profit organization supporting children on the autism spectrum at the age of 20. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and holds a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from New Mexico State University. In 2021, she earned her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College.
With extensive experience working with children of all ages, Ana Cristina specializes in supporting those with autism, early intervention needs, speech sound disorders, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and behavioral challenges. She has worked in both school and private clinic settings and is passionate about fostering functional communication skills in her patients while building strong, supportive relationships with their families.
In her free time, Ana Cristina enjoys spending quality moments with her husband, family, and friends. She also loves reading, cooking, exercising, and traveling with her husband.
Morgan Wilburn
M.S. CCC-SLP
Morgan received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Baylor University, and continued at Baylor University to complete her Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology. Morgan is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship at Capital Therapy Group. Her professional interests include: early childhood intervention, speech sound disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, and infant and pediatric feeding. Morgan is from Dallas, Texas but recently made the move to Austin after she got married in June 2021. She enjoys exploring Austin with her husband, spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and playing with her dog!
